FSPL carryout piping installation following the codes and standards such as ASME, ANSI, DIN, and JIS to ensure the safety and good operation of the piping system and its related accessories to make it ready for the fluid transfer. FSPL is fully equipped with the machineries and tools to make pipe spools of the MS, EN-8, SS304, SS316, SS316L, Duplex & Super Duplex Steel, (Comes with Various Lining RL, FRP, PP, PTFE) UPVC | PVC | CPVC | PFA | PTFE | PPHDPE by cutting the pipes to the correct required lengths. These prefabricated pipe spools are taken to the site or plant for assembly.
FSPL carryout the assembling of piping spools in the site or plant following isometric or piping general arrangement drawings to ensure piping coordinates are matched with the drawings during the piping installation. FSPL following proper engineering work methods and drawings such as Structure drawings, P&ID, Piping GA drawings, Piping isometrics, and Piping Support Drawings from Pipe Support Standard during the piping installation.
FSPL starts the Piping Installation after the piping supports are erected and major types of equipment are placed.
FSPL grouped the piping installation to the following steps.
Pipework Erection – FSPL makes proper planning to erect piping, area-wise following piping isometric and GA drawings. Installing Piping Flanges, Valve, and equipment Flange Connection – Clean pipe flanges will be brought up flush and square without forcing them to bear uniform bolt tension and gasket compression.
Installing pipe supports – FSPL uses the relevant pipe support detail drawings for the installation of pipe supports.
Pressure testing – FSPL carryout the pressure testing by following the guidelines, hydrostatic or pneumatic testing to check the system’s integrity. In case of leakage, those will be repaired and re-tested again.
Insulation and Painting – FSPL carryout the insulation and painting after pressure testing completed, bare pipes will be painted as per specification. High-temperature lines will be insulated following the insulation procedure.
Marking and Identification – FSPL will mark all pipes and fabricated fittings are marked on their outside with letters and numbers for easy identification of lines, their services.
