Service Covered:

• We replace motor bearings and do rewinding, shatter repair, painting, and coating.

• Clean out the ball or roller bearing’s grease and replace it.

• Examine insulation.

• Remove any magnetic debris that may be clinging to poles.

• For sleeve bearing motors, check the space between the shaft and journal boxes.

• Examine the commutator for slot damage and smoothness.

• Inspect the commutator and armature coil connections.

• Examine the armature bands and rewind them as necessary.
