• Plant Engineer : Flomek Engineer is a person with environmental engineering or science background /Graduate or Post Graduate background with at least three years of experience in similar plants.

• Plant Operator : Flomek Operator is a person with at least a high school degree in science and must be physically fit and mentally alert. Consists of a team of qualified/trained operators who operate and maintain screens, grit chambers, pumps, aerators, valves, etc. on a shift basis.

• Technician : The Flomek technician is a qualified person who has at least a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, has knowledge of water and wastewater chemistry, and is trained in the preparation of laboratory chemicals, the use of laboratory instruments, the collection and preservation of water | wastewater samples, and the analysis of various environmental parameters such as pH, SS, BOD, COD, TDS, etc. The above personnel will be deployed to effectively operate ETP or STP and achieve the results specified by the respective government.
